This month we want to encourage you to find what you love and do more of it! Taking care of your heart doesn't only mean eating right, and exercising - but also taking care of your emotions.

 Stress and anxiety, whatever they are caused by, can greatly affect the heart in the long run. That is why, it is important to find a hobby or passion that will help you relax and will make you happy at the same time.
